The Brand
The brand identity for The Planners is built on the concept of precision and grand vision. By positioning themselves as “Architects,” the brand emphasizes the structural integrity, planning, and creative depth required for world-class event production.
The visual branding utilizes a sophisticated palette where clean, minimalist white spaces are punctuated by bold, energetic accents of lime green and vibrant yellow. This combination reflects the firm’s dual nature: the professional precision of an architect and the creative spark of a master storyteller.
The Narrative
The design narrative focuses on “Architectural Precision in Event Crafting.” Every element of the website was designed to feel intentional and grand. We moved away from standard event planning aesthetics to create a layout that feels structured yet fluid.
- The Hero Concept: The landing experience immediately establishes authority with the bold declaration “We are Architects,” set against high-impact imagery of luxury events.
- Visual Hierarchy: Large, high-resolution imagery is used to lead the user journey, transitioning from the “big picture” vision down to the meticulous details of their 300+ events.
- Trust and Credibility: A dedicated “Our Clients” section features an extensive, organized grid of world-renowned logos, immediately validating their 18+ years of expertise in the luxury sector.
- Human-Centric Design: To balance the grand scale of the projects, a personalized section titled “A Message from our Founders” introduces Gaby Dona and Marianne Ayache, humanizing the brand and highlighting the passion behind the precision.
The Website

Designed and developed by Webboxed on the WordPress platform, the website for The Planners is a masterclass in high-performance digital architecture.
- Bespoke Layout: The site avoids generic templates, opting instead for a custom-built structure that supports a mobile-first experience without sacrificing the grand visual impact on desktop.
- Dynamic Media Integration: To capture the “finest events,” we integrated a seamless video showcase module that allows potential clients to experience the atmosphere of past projects in high definition.
- Optimized Performance: Despite the heavy use of high-quality imagery and video, the WordPress backend was optimized for speed, ensuring that the luxury experience begins the moment a user clicks on the URL.
- Structured Portfolio: The project galleries were engineered to be easily manageable for the client while providing a “bespoke” browsing experience for visitors, categorized by years of experience and event types.
